American Racing Equipment returns as sponsor of Dead-on Club - The American Racing Dead-on Club returns in 2008 at all Drag News All-Star Tour events. At each of the 18 events this summer, the first racer to achieve either a perfect reaction time or run dead-on with a zero during eliminations will receive a Qualifiers jacket along with an all-important American Racing Equipment Dead-on Club decal. Following that achievement, all additional racers who get perfect lights or run dead-on with a zero on a winning pass will also receive a decal.
All of the decal earners throughout the season will be eligible to compete in a special shoot-out during the Super Bowl of Bracket Racing on September 20 and 21 at O'Reilly Raceway Park at Indianapolis. The qualifier who goes the furthest in eliminations on Sunday, September 21 will receive a complete set of wheels compliments of American Racing Equipment.

Ohio Crankshaft will once again offer Super Bonus - This year's Super Bowl of Bracket Racing, the season-ending event of the Drag News All-Start Tour, will once again feature extra bonus money thanks to presenting sponsor, Ohio Crankshaft, in a King of the Hill shoot-out following Sunday's eliminations. Saturday's winner in Super Pro and No Box will face off against Sunday's winner in a one round shoot-out for the bonus money. The shoot-out winner in Super Pro will receive an additional $2000. The No Box shoot-out winner gets an extra $1200. And, if you win your class on both days, you don't even have to race for the extra none, the bonus is automatically yours! The event will take place on September 22 and 23 at O'Reilly Raceway Park at Indianapolis, and each shoot-out winner will also receive a unique custom Ohio Crankshaft Super Bonus trophy.
